Paul Lucas, 29, president of Lucas Landscaping, was arrested later that night and charged with a single misdemeanor count of Assault on a Female. Nathan Lucas, 22, and Randolph Mangum, 24, were arrested Saturday morning and each charged with single counts of misdemeanor assault.
Paul Lucas was released on a $1,500.00 secured bond, while Nathan Lucas and Mangum were each released on a $1,000.00 bond. All three individuals are due in Mecklenburg County District Court on July 22nd.

According to a Facebook post from Wallace, he was knocked unconscious by the attackers and they continued to kick him in the face and head even as he lay on the ground. His daughter tried to shield him from the attackers but was also assaulted and kicked in the ribs multiple times.
Just awful. Not usually a fan of vigilante justice, but the police and courts cant (wont) seem to stop these punks. pic.twitter.com/GUpv2EqKJn

Wallace reportedly needed 12 stitches in his mouth and suffered multiple other minor injuries to other parts of his body. In his Facebook post, he indicated that the Charlotte Mecklenberg Police Department told him that this is not the first time this group has attacked someone at the PNC Amphitheatre.
Wallace is a five-time winner in the Camping World Truck Series and four-time winner in the XFINITY Series. Wallace last raced in the XFINITY and Sprint Cup Series race at Daytona International Speedway in 2015, but hasn’t been in a car after undergoing triple bypass surgery the following April.
