On Jan. 8, Mike Senica announced his plans for the 2019 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series. According to the release, Senica claimed he would be driving a “limited schedule” with Copp Motorsports in the No.83 truck; however, a spokesperson for Copp Motorsports denied the claims of Senica.
“Mike is not slated at this time to run a partial schedule. If any new developments occur, I will let you know,” the Copp Motorsports spokesperson told KTT.

According to a NASCAR spokesperson, Senica is only approved to run at Eldora Speedway.
