Though half of the weekend’s races have been postponed to Monday due to continuous precipitation, NASCAR’s annual trip to Daytona Beach hasn’t been without on-track action.
Thursday night saw twin Bluegreen Vacations Duels set the field for the 66th Daytona 500. Jimmie Johnson and Kaz Grala raced their ways in thrilling fashion. Friday had a schedule shake-up bring the ARCA Menard’s Series take to the track following the finish of the Craftsman Truck Series. These races were won by Gus Dean and Nick Sanchez.
