After ongoing rain mixed with nearby lightning in the Daytona Beach area, the Wawa 250 from Daytona International Speedway has been postponed for the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
The event has been re-scheduled for 12:30 p.m. ET and will precede the Cup Series regular-season finale at 7 p.m. ET the same night.
The race will resume from lap 20. AJ Allmendinger will be the leader, as he led at the time of caution on lap 19. The No. 16 Kaulig Racing Chevrolet will be followed by Christopher Bell, Myatt Snider, Austin Cindric and Brett Moffitt the top five.
