NEWTON, Iowa — Despite the weekend starting off soggy and postponing the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series race and forcing a Sunday doubleheader with the NASCAR Xfinity Series. To say it was an uneventful weekend would be an understatement as Ross Chastain would be disqualified as the winner of the truck race and Brett Moffitt would return to the track for a makeshift celebration after making it halfway to the airport for his flight home.
The Xfinity Series race had plenty of action on the track but the post-race was tame as Christopher Bell’s car cleared inspection and he officially picked up his fourth win of the season. Check out the sites from throughout the weekend in our complete photo gallery.
