Following the O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 at Texas Motor Speedway, Daniel Suarez made a trip to the infield care center.
The trip to the infield care center resulted in the sophomore driver to leave in a cast. Suarez injured his thumb in an accident on Lap 2.
“Unfortunately the impact on Lap 2 hurt my thumb a little bit,” Suarez said in a Twitter video. “I just left the care center at the track and it should be good. But they’re going to take a deep look at it later in the week and see what we got going on.”
