DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – Spencer Boyd and Young’s Motorsports have added American Pavement Specialists as a sponsor for the 2020 season.
A full-service pavement company based in Danbury, CT, American Pavement Specialists will adorn Boyd’s No. 20 Chevrolet Silverado in the Strat 200 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. This will be the first time that the company will sponsor a team in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series.
“We have a mission to extend our racing family this year,” said Boyd. “American Pavement Specialists is a family company that has been in business for over 25 years and they’re now part of our family.
“It’s going to be a great partnership that has been brought together for the right reasons. Our truck looks amazing as well. Their fleet of trucks boasts a racing red color and we’ve got our Chevy looking exactly the same.”
Boyd pulled off the unthinkable at Talladega Superspeedway, winning following Johnny Sauter’s penalty. He also finished inside the top-five at Daytona International Speedway last year.
At 1.5-mile tracks, Boyd has a best finish of 11th at Texas Motor Speedway. At Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Boyd has a best finish of 20th in the Truck Series. He also two NASCAR Xfinity Series starts at the start of the ‘West Coast Swing,’ with a best finish of 22nd.

The next NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series race is the Strat 200 on Feb. 21 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
