The Monday Night Racing Season 5 champion has been competing locally, but the opportunity with the Andy Hillenburg-owned team brings Sorah onto the national stage. Although competing with other sim to reality stars and drivers from both NASCAR and ARCA’s national touring series such as Rajah Caruth put a spotlight on the Cambridge City, IN early on.

Sorah will drive the No. 12 Toyota Camry at the 0.5-mile oval. The car that he will be driving is the same one that Stephanie Moyer drove to her first career top-10 finish at Toledo Speedway last season.

Serving as the crew chief for Sorah will be Chris Vanscoy. He will have a Yates motor in his Toyota Camry as opposed to the Illmor engine other teams will have.

Supporting the 20-year-old is not less than seven different sponsors. Among Sorah’s sponsors are Primary- Otwells Extreme Motorsports (OEM Pensacola), Tatanka Sauce, Layin Coin Podcast, Running’s Racing Designs, B Blaze Vintage, CF MOTO, and Bad Boy Mowers. He is still adding partners to his No. 12 Toyota.

“This was a pretty late deal after some previous plans changed,” Sorah said. “Pretty neat full circle deal. More Sim2Reality crossover since I race under the Fast Track banner in all of my iRacing races.”

In addition to competing under the Fast Track banner on iRacing, Sorah has also worked as a spotter for the team. He was a spotter for Stanton Barrett at Watkins Glen Int’l (ninth), Brayton Laster at Iowa Speedway (20th, mechanical), and Zachary Tinkle at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course (20th, transmission).

The Pensacola 150 at Five Flags is scheduled for Saturday, March 23 at 8:30 p.m. ET on FloRacing.
