The 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series season marks a new opportunity for Kyle Weatherman and the DGM Racing team.
For the first time since the 2021 season, Weatherman will compete full-time in the Xfinity Series. The Wentzville, MO native will drive the No. 91 Chevrolet Camaro SS for DGM Racing. Of the 25 races that Weatherman competed in during the 2023 season, eight were with DGM. His best finish with the team in 2023 was 15th with sponsorship from DriveSmart at Texas Motor Speedway.
“I can’t express how grateful I am for the opportunity to run DGM Racing’s No. 91 full time next year!” said Weatherman. “The men and women at DGM put their all into racing, and I am happy to call this team home for the next 33 races. We’ve had a lot of great runs together, and I’m confident we will carry that momentum into next season.”
Between 2022 and 2023 Weatherman has competed in 13 races for the Mario Gosselin-owned team. His debut with the team came in the 2022 season opener at Daytona Int’l Speedway. Weatherman best finish with the team to date, eighth, at the newly reconfigured Atlanta Motor Speedway in 2022.
In addition to the top-10 at Atlanta being the journeyman driver’s best finish with DGM, its’ the 26-year-old’s best career NASCAR finish to date. In total, Weatherman has three career top-10 finishes in Xfinity competition.

Joining Weatherman at DGM Racing is his 2023 Texas sponsor DriveSmart. The company will serve as an anchor partner during the 2024 Xfinity season. The extended automotive warranty company will be featured prominently on Weatherman’s No. 91 Chevrolet Camaro SS in the 2024 season opener at Daytona.
The family owned DGM Racing fielded two cars full-time in 2023. Josh Williams drove the No. 92 full-time while Weatherman and other drivers competed in the No. 91 throughout the year. The No. 91 Chevrolet Camaro finished the 2023 season 26th in owner points.

The 2024 Xfinity Series season opener, the Beef. It’s What’s for Dinner 300 at Daytona is scheduled for Saturday, February 17 at 5:00 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1. The race will also be broadcast on the Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, channel 90.
