In a race that had its comers and goers, Myatt Snider was able to pilot his No. 13 ThorSport Ford to a top-five finish at Gateway Motorsports Park.

Snider started the race in the 13th position. For Snider, the truck was not the strongest throughout the entire race. However, the team was able to adjust on the truck throughout the race.

“Well, we kept adjusting on it. We didn’t have the strongest truck all night. My guys did everything they could to adjust on it to help it out. The fact that we got up to fourth makes it even sweeter. It was a good point day for us,” Snider said after the race.

With more resources being used from their Ford alliance, Snider is hopeful and knows that the team will do the work to get them into victory lane.

“We will have to see.  We have been working hard. I know my team does good work. We will see,” Snider said.

Snider scored his first top-five of the 2018 season at Gateway.
