In December, Poole stated his thoughts after it was announced he’d be racing full-time for Premium Motorsports.

“I’ve been working towards this moment since I was 5 and feel blessed to have the caliber of people surrounding me that I have in this next chapter of my racing career,” said Poole.

“I look forward to the opportunity to showcase our sponsor partners, both new and existing, who are supporting me at the highest level of NASCAR competition.”

Poole has raced in both the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series.

He made his NXS debut at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in 2015, finishing ninth.

Over a three-year span from 2015 through 2017, he competed in a total of 83 NXS events and tallied up eight top-five and 36 top-10 finishes.

In 2019, Poole competed in 13 of the 23 NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series events on the schedule for OnPoint Motorsports. He went on to tally up one top-five and four top-10 finishes.

Poole’s best finish in the Truck Series last season proved to be a second-place result at Charlotte Motor Speedway last May.

His best finish at Daytona International Speedway is a 7th place result in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in July of 2017.

The NASCAR Cup Series Daytona 500 is scheduled for Sunday February 16 at 2:30 p.m. live on Fox.
